Welcome To Hollin Root Farm

Hollin Root Farm, nestling in the beautiful Weald of Kent, near to the quaint villages of Cranbrook and Headcorn, is home to Simon and Kim Everett, who specialise in breeding and rearing traditional and rare breed lamb, pork and turkey. 

Our concept is to rear happy, healthy animals, using a traditional, free range approach.  This in turn helps us provide top quality produce to our customers.  We do this by ensuring our livestock are handled with care and compassion at all times.  They are also fed on a natural diet with no growth promoters.   Our efforts have been rewarded by the prizes we have won for our stock, especially our turkeys which won a hen class and a stag class at the Ashford Christmas Show and Sale in 2010.  Our stag also went on to achieve overall reserve champion weighing in at over 30lb!  2011 has proved an even better year.  One of our hens won their class and was then awarded the CHAMPION TURKEY!  This is a massive achievement for us.
